Will apply to orders shipped within the state of Florida.

Orders are generally processed within two business days, not including Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.  Additional shipping time is needed for custom orders.

All of our products are made by hand.  If products are out-of-stock due to demand, we will contact you with an updated delivery date.

Products are shipped via USPS, standard delivery. 

If you are unhappy with a purchase, it can be returned for a full refund minus shipping charges. Returns must be sent back with 14 days of purchase.   Personalized or customized products cannot be returned.  Please return order in its original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
